This is my fifth year at St. Mary School teaching fifth grade. I have previously taught third grade and worked as a substitute teacher. I received my bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Early Childhood Education with the Generalist Endorsement for 4th and 5th grade. I received my master’s degree at Ohio Dominican University in Curriculum and Instruction. I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors. My favorite teaching moments include class novel studies, incorporating art and creativity into assignments, field trips/real-life learning experiences, building classroom community, and learning about my students’ insights and ideas.
