Kayla Elrich

Kayla is a product of the Diocese of Columbus, from 5th through 12th grade, attending both Saint Mary School, Lancaster and Fisher Catholic High School. Miss Walton studied middle childhood education at Ohio Dominican University. Upon graduation, Miss Walton entered the Carmelite Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles where she taught PE. After discerning with the sisters for a year and a half, Miss Walton returned to Ohio and began teaching at Saint Mary School. She taught in the middle school at SMS for two years and then became the principal in the summer of 2015. Being principal for the last five years has been such a great blessing in Miss Walton's life, and she is grateful for the support of each staff member, student, and family! In her 'free time', Miss Walton enjoys spending time with her family (especially her four nieces!), traveling, reading, being with her fiancé, John.
